Following our exploration of the historic streets and filings Ste-Suzanne, we enjoy a picnic on a promontory south of the village.
Tertre Ganne is a delightful spot to eat al fresco, and it provides stunning views across to Ste-Suzanne. Afterwards, we have a guided
tour of the nearby paper mill, where the method of creating paper from old rags is described in detail.
